| Initial Contact | On average, we reach out to the candidate to confirm their location and availability as soon as a request is submitted into our online pre-employment platform Carelever. |
| Appointment scheduling | Once we’ve received the candidate’s availability, appointments are typically scheduled within 2 business days. |
| Results | Following the candidate’s final appointment, results are generally available within 2 business days. Please note that additional services may extend this timeframe: - Approximately +2 business days if pathology or radiology is required - Approximately +4 business days for QLD Coal Mine Workers Health Assessments or NSW Order 43 assessments |
